We do daily backups for all customers, but this option allows you to have a local copy of all these files in your offices.

Well said Tonya. I have had an experience for the past two years with a Section 8 tenant and her children. She took excellent care of the townhome she rented, always paid her rent on time, and we never got any complaints from other tenants about her. Sadly, she will be moving to find a bigger place and I only hope to find a tenant as decent as she was.

I just wanted to say that not all people who receive Section 8 assistance are criminals, rude, or otherwise “trashy” people, as it has been implied in this blog. Just as one can’t assume that most homeowners are educated and know the difference between “guess” and “guys”. The way the economy is, almost everyone is ONE paycheck away from being homeless. If you were put in the situation, you would not want a potential landlord making unfair generalizations about your character.
